How we price: All jobs are quoted at $125/hour based on a free on-site assessment. You receive a written, itemized quote before any work begins — no surprises at completion. A 50% scheduling retainer is required to reserve your spot on our calendar. Balance is due upon completion. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Colorado Wildfire Mitigation Tax Credit

Colorado homeowners in a Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) area — which includes Black Forest — may qualify for a state income tax credit of up to $625 on qualifying mitigation expenses, plus a deduction of up to 50% of costs (maximum $2,500 deduction). This work qualifies. We'll include the relevant documentation with your completion report. Ask your tax advisor about Colorado Form DR 0104CR.
